Inclusive Intimacy is an 8-week sex education course that breaks down barriers and challenges. Through interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and accessible resources, Inclusive Intimacy aims to equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to make informed decisions about sex and Intimacy. From understanding our bodies and desires to communicating their needs and boundaries, participants will explore a range of topics that are essential to sexual and emotional well-being. Safe sex practices are a crucial aspect of the course. Participants will learn about the various methods of contraception, why they are essential, and how to use them effectively. We don’t only discuss the practical aspects of sex but also how to have enjoyable sex. Inclusive Intimacy is all about exploring the concept of sexual pleasure, how to communicate desires, and how to prioritise safety and sexual well-being. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for people with disabilities to learn, build meaningful relationships, and feel empowered to take control of their sexual lives.
